A Laugh 2B Well session is a unique practice that combines deep breathing exercises with laughter.
It lifts your mood within minutes, helps you connect with others, flushes the lungs and invigorates your body and brain.

A typical laughter session includes:
Step 1: Warming-up The warmup starts with exercises like clapping and chanting.
You slowly wake up your laughter muscles.
Step 2: Breathing exercisesJust like the warmup stage, deep breathing helps to achieve body relaxation. Mental relaxation is a big part of this step where you become calm, less stressed and joyful during and after the session.
Step 3: Childlike playfulnessThis step is about being just like a young child, playful and joyous !
Step 4: Laughter exercisesThis includes elements of roleplay, childlike playfulness. We engage in playful behaviour which helps loosen up inhibitions and shyness. In this step you'll do lots of giggling and laughing. It can be weird at first but we fake it until we make it and soon enough the laughter becomes genuine.
