It is a fun health building exercise that brings seniors together and improves their quality of life.

Typical Senior Session:
The session starts with gentle breathing exercises, coupled with easy stretching exercises.
All exercises can be performed sitting down or standing up, indoor or outdoor.
A 15-minute Laughter Yoga session releases endorphins which helps control pain for about 2 hours.
We also use music and relaxation activities.
